The AMID studio is located in the historic market town of Newark on Trent. Set in a Georgian town house beneath the ramparts of Newark Castle, the former Merchant’s house had been everything from an antique shop to a restaurant before being restored by AMID in 2019 to form an inspirational high street studio and a large family home with gardens backing on to the River Trent.
