Progress Stage
Following agreement of the design concept full specifications are prepared together with a schedule of works, these are sent out for tender to architects, builders and tradesmen recommended by Amanda or chosen by the client and final costings are prepared along witha fully specified schedule of all works.
A break clause is offered at the end of this stage as, on completion of the ‘Progress Stage’, the client is fully equipped to appoint suppliers and manage their own contract.
Implementation Stage
This covers the co-ordination of all contractors and supply of the specified materials; site visits to inspect, oversee and monitor the progress of the contract including the quality of work and overall project management. Amanda directs and manages all architectural, building and decoration suppliers from briefing to final styling. She undertakes all this work herself remaining personally involved at all stages ensuring minute attention to all details until the completion of the project.
